Jennifer Lauren Arceneaux, LMFT is a licensed Psychotherapist and Marriage and Family Therapist. She provides therapy to couples, families, and individuals looking to heal from depression, lack of self-esteem, stress, relationship issues, parenting challenges, and more. Jennifer specializes in supporting women as they work through their issues, including; self-esteem, body image, maternal depression (pre/postpartum), motherhood, and life transitions of adolescence. Jennifer received a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, Los Angeles. She completed her undergraduate degree in Social Sciences at the University of California at Berkeley.
